BASFL 2026 Season - How to Register
⏰ Registration Deadlines
7v7, 5v5, and Girls Flag registration:
March 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PST)
⛔ CLOSED
Tackle Only registration closes on:
April 10, 2026 at 9:00 PM (PDT) (PST)
Fill Registration Form
Complete player details, parent/guardian info, and emergency contacts
Upload Documents
Upload player photo and age verification documents
📋 Document Requirements:
Age Verification Document 1: Birth Certificate, Passport, State ID, Student ID, or Student Demographic Form
⚠️ If using Birth Certificate: A second document is REQUIRED (Student ID or Student Demographic Form)
✓ State ID or Passport: Sufficient on their own (no second document needed)
✓ 8U 7v7/5v5/Girls Flag: Birth Certificate ONLY is sufficient (no second document needed)
14U Tackle: Must include Student ID or Student Demographic Form (no sophomores allowed)
High School (7v7, 5v5, Girls Flag): Must include Student ID or Student Demographic Form
⚠️ Seniors not allowed for 7v7 and 5v5 programs
Sign Waiver
Review and digitally sign the liability waiver
Complete Payment
Pay $5 registration fee via secure Stripe checkout
Done!
You'll receive a confirmation email and admin will review your registration
Fill Registration Form
Complete coach name, email, phone, team, age level, program type, and role
Upload Photo
Upload your coach photo for badge creation
Complete Payment
Click "Pay & Complete Registration" button to proceed to secure Stripe checkout
⚠️ IMPORTANT - Registration Process:
- 1. Fill out ALL form fields completely
- 2. Upload your coach photo
- 3. Click payment button → redirects to Stripe
- 4. Complete payment on Stripe secure page
- 5. Registration is ONLY complete after successful payment
❌ No payment = No registration = No confirmation email
✅ Payment successful = Registration complete + Confirmation email sent
Registration Complete!
After payment, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email and your registration will appear in the admin dashboard
Registration Fees
- • Player Registration: $5
- • Coach Registration: $10 (before Feb 23) / $20 (after Feb 23)
- • Payments processed securely via Stripe
Required Documents
- • Player photo (headshot)
- • Birth certificate or school ID
- • Coach photo (for badge)
After Registration
- • Confirmation email sent immediately
- • Admin reviews registration (1-2 days)
- • Approval email sent when complete
- • Coach badges issued after approval
